Diocese of Baker Summer Catholic Youth Camp will be suspended for the 2026 year as we launch our first all-girls camp July 20-23, 2026.
We will be continuing to determine the future of co-ed camps versus possible summer youth events like Day of the Sun. If you have thoughts you would like to share, please contact Marie in the Pastoral Center.

June 23-26, 2026Quo Vadis Days are for men in 8th-12th grade* open to exploring if God is calling them to a religious or priestly vocation.
Quo Vadis Days are a great place
*Men ages 18-20 are welcome to attend as non-chaperoning adults.
to grow in faith and prayer,
hang out with cool priests, and have fun.
Quo Vadis will be at the
Lake Creek Youth Camp, John Day, Oregon
Men ages 21+ are needed to serve as mentors/chaperones to the young men attending.

Diocesan High School Retreat
November 15, 2026,Theme and location to be announced in spring, 2026Inviting all High School Youth in grades 9th-12th
Connect, Pray & Serve with other Catholic young people
Registration Fee:
- $20 per youth, max $35 per family
- No fee for adult volunteers and chaperones - thank you for serving
Adult Volunteers & Chaperones:- Adults 18+ need to have completed safe environment training and background check with CMG Connect within the last 5 years
- Adults 18-20, welcome to volunteer; only adults 21+ may drive or chaperone; drivers must have taken defensive driving course in CMG Connect and fill out driving forms (download from DioceseofBaker.org)
- Overnight ratios of 1 adult for every 8 youth (male for male and female for female) with a minimum of 2 adult males and 2 adult females to chaperone overnight; overnight chaperones must be 21+. (Parishes can share chaperones.)
Retreat Details:- To be announced
Items to bring:- Bible, Rosary, notepad or journal (extras available)
- Open mind and willing heart
If Spending the Night:- Bring sleeping bag or bedding for a twin-sized mattress, including a pillow
- PJs or sweats, clothes for next day or days - if staying both Friday and Saturday night
- Favorite game or PG movie (approved by group youth leader), snacks

We look forward to offering a couple Middle School Retreats this next fall.
If your parish would like to host a regional middle school retreat for 6th, 7th, 8th graders, please call the Marie in the Pastoral Center.
