Saint Vincent de Paul is a worldwide Catholic non-profit service organization dedicated to serving the needs of the poor and disadvantaged.  Saint Vincent de Paul in Redmond is a million dollar a year non-profit organization serving the needy in our community. It operates a thrift store, a food pantry, and various support programs for those in need.

 

Thrift Store Manager Position:

The successful candidate will have:  

• Human resource skills, 
• non-profit experience a plus,
• a preferred minimum of 3 or more years retail management experience, 
• be an innovator, 
• have a proven track record of developing and managing staff, 
• solid computer skills, 
• point of sales transaction experience, 
• a customer advocate approach, 
• basic accounting skills needed for assisting bookkeeper with payroll, bill payment and budgeting skills, and a management philosophy that will build a positive work environment.  

The successful candidate must also be committed to operate in a manner that is in direct alignment with and support of the mission of the Saint Vincent de Paul Society.
